Lowestoft Leopard Geckos

8. 2010 breeding season has begun

for sure we are up and running as from friday morning 22/01/2010 when we found two good eggs in Marge's, our senior hypo, living quarters. Looks like her recent liaison with Mo who looks like a bit of a mongrel from a normal x mack snow has paid dividends. In fact Mo has some quite interesting clours and patterns i.e. small black spotting and a lot of what i would call a limey/green background. Beyond this we haven't got a clue what these leos are het for. Hence all the more exciting to see what we get if we get a successful incubation. Anyways the eggs are in our Herp nursery 2 with the temperature setting at 28 degrees Celsius for females. So hers hoping for two hatchlings with estimated time of hatch being between 7th - 14th march 2010. Best not to count your leos until hatch so lets keep our fingers crossed.
