115. Six Good Friday eggs

Definitely getting into top gear as far as this breeding season is concerned with 6 great looking eggs collected first thing this Good Friday morning. Also the possibility of a few more before the day is out as we have a few more females ready to drop. As for those collected this morning 4 were from first time layers including 2 from a female Macularius Macularius (Meriva) crossed with a male Macularius Afghanius (Kabul). Fingers crossed that we get a successful hatch on this pair as it will be fascinating to see what they turn out like. The other first timer was Regina (Tremper hybino) who we mated with Red Ron (Tremper red eye eclipse). We could call him ever ready Red Ron as he always delivers in the mating game. Finally we had acouple of eggs from 6 week Izzy. The 6 weeks prefix is on account of her being a slow layer at about 6 weeks between cluthes.
